Content Developer

Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Digital Media, Finance, or related field.

Professional certifications in instructional design or digital content development (e.g.,

CPTD, ATD Master Trainer).

Certified in Viyond, Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, 3D modeling software is must .

Job Responsibilities :

Instructional Design Expertise: Proficient in instructional design models such as ADDIE,

SAM, and Rapid Prototyping, with the ability to create structured and impactful digital

training programs.

Digital Content Creation: Advanced skills in creating videos, 2D and 3D animations, and

interactive e-learning modules using industry-standard tools and software.

LMS Proficiency: Experience in developing content compatible with Learning

Management Systems (LMS) for efficient delivery and tracking.

Research and Innovation: Strong ability to conduct thorough research on industry

trends, financial regulations, and best practices, incorporating innovative techniques into

digital training content.

Collaboration: Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with the Project Training

Team and subject matter experts, ensuring content accuracy and alignment with

organizational goals.

Adaptability: Ability to review and update digital training content regularly, adapting to

changes in financial regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

Evaluation and Feedback: Skilled in developing and implementing evaluation tools to

measure digital training effectiveness, with a focus on continuous improvement based on

feedback and assessment results.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using digital content creation tools and software

such as Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modeling software.

Project Management: Strong project management skills to handle multiple digital

content development projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to

quality standards.

Communication: Excellent writing and editing skills for clear, concise, and effective
