Summary:As an Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful Delivery of solutions to our clients. You will be responsible for analyzing Delivery requirements and supporting the implementation and execution of learning programs and initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Collaborate with managers, senior managers, and project team members to understand project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.

Execute specific tasks assigned by managers and senior managers within project scope, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.

Conduct research, gather data, and analyze information to support project deliverables and recommendations.

Prepare reports, presentations, and other project deliverables, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and professionalism.

Support project managers and senior managers in coordinating project activities, including meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications.

Contribute to project documentation, lessons learned, and best practices to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the organization. Professional & Technical Skills:

Master's degree in business administration, management, HR, finance, or related field.

Experience of 5-8 years in consulting project management and delivery across industries, or related field preferred

Preferred institutes for example, XLRI, IMs, XIMB

Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other Delivery platforms for Talent management solutions.

Experience with virtual Delivery tools and technologies is a plus.
