Manager/Associate Director - Statutory Audit - Big4 - CA (5-7 yrs)

One of our BIG4 client is looking for Statutory Audit candidates having minimum 5+ years of experience post qualifying CA

Position: Manager/AD

Skills required: Statutory Audit

Locations: Mumbai, Delhi, Gurgaon, Chennai

Qualification: Qualified CA

Your key responsibilities:

- Qualified CA

- Work with the Audit practice to execute Statutory Audit/ Indian GAAP/ IFRS accounting services and related services for clients.

- Candidate is expected to work closely with the Director / Partner to build client relationships.

- Build and manage a team of Audit professionals.

- Have a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience in Statutory Audit in a similar environment (Audit and Accounting firms).

- Have the ability to work under stringent deadlines and demanding client conditions.

- Be willing to travel within India or abroad for continuous/ long periods of time.

- Have strong soft skills like leadership, inter personal, team and communicate.

Skills and attributes for success:

- Must have in depth knowledge of auditing & accounting standards along with good technical & industry expertise.

- Should have handled statutory audit assignments earlier.

- Ability to prioritize work on multiple assignments & manage ambiguity.

- Should have capability of handling audit assignments independently.

- Strong leadership skills to deal with senior management, drive various meetings.

- Problem solving and conflict management skills.

- Ability to meet deadlines.
