BMC Helix Developer (3-10 yrs)

Are you a BMC Helix ITSM guru with a passion for streamlining IT operations and transforming the way organizations work? Do you have a knack for troubleshooting and fine-tuning ITSM modules to achieve peak performance? We're looking for a seasoned expert like you to join our team and take our ITSM capabilities to the next level.

Responsibilities :

- Support and implement ITSM modules on BMC Helix, including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Work Order Management, Service Request Management, CMDB, and Knowledge Management

- Perform fine-tuning and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance, following best practices

- Create and manage DWP catalogs, SmartIT, TSP, and Smart Reporting

- Implement and support Helix Dashboards and Helix Import Tools

- Collaborate on ITSM tool implementations, configurations, and integrations with 3rd party applications

- Analyze, migrate, and import/export data on the platform

- Apply ITIL process expertise to drive continuous improvement

- Utilize Server and Cloud knowledge to optimize ITSM solutions

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with BMC Helix ITSM (Version 21.02 +)

- Proven experience in supporting and implementing ITSM modules on Helix

- Excellent troubleshooting and fine-tuning skills

- Strong understanding of ITSM tools, configurations, and integrations

- Experience with data analysis, migration, and importing/exporting data

- ITIL process knowledge and certification (an asset)

- Server and Cloud understanding
