Senior Migration Consultant - Veeva Vault Platform (5-10 yrs)

Job Description :

- 7+ years of experience who can start immediately. As a key member, you will lead migration solutions for implementing Veeva Vault R&D applications and Vault Platform cloud solutions for life sciences companies.

- You will bring expertise in data and document content migration, Vault API, migration tools, and platform best practices. The role requires strong leadership and mentoring capabilities to ensure successful implementation and knowledge transfer.

- This is a full-time, remote role based in India.

Job Description :

- Lead migration implementation for Veeva Vault R&D applications, including migrating documents and object data from legacy systems like Documentum, OpenText, Box, or SharePoint.

- Provide expertise on the extract, transform, and load (ETL) process and guide migration tool development.

- Mentor and support team members on best practices and migration activities.

- Contribute to building a migration knowledge base and enhancing tools and methodologies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

- Engage with senior stakeholders as a subject matter expert on migrations.

- 7+ years of experience in document/content migration and database migration with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, Trackwise).

- Strong technical consulting experience with expertise in REST APIs, JSON, and XML.

- Proven ability to lead and mentor teams while managing customer expectations.

- Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry, particularly with Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, or Safety business processes, is an advantage. Knowledge of GxP regulations and software validation processes is desirable.

- Familiarity with migration verification tools such as fme is a plus.
