Application Support Management :
- Oversee the day-to-day support of retail applications, including Product Life Management Cycle(PLM), inventory management systems
- Monitor application performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance system reliability and user experience.
Incident and Problem Management :
- Manage and resolve critical incidents and application issues, ensuring minimal disruption to retail operations.
- Root cause analysis of Major incidents with corrective action plan
Third-Party Integrations :
- Integrate WMS, PLM and other Applications with various third-party applications and services, Wondesoft POS.
- Ensure all integrations are secure, efficient, and provide a seamless user experience.
Project Management :
- End to End Projects Delivery of Business Applications
- Act as a liaison between IT, retail operations, and external vendors to coordinate support activities and address application-related concerns.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on incident status, project progress, and system changes.
Vendor Management :
- Manage relationships with application vendors and service providers, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met and addressing any performance issues.
- Evaluate and recommend third-party tools and solutions to improve application support and performance.
- Ensure vendors meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Technical Hygiene :
- Maintain high standards of technical hygiene, ensuring regular updates, backups, and security measures are in place.
1. Proven experience in WMS & PLM Business Applications.
2. Extensive experience in retail applications, including Product Life Management Cycle (PLM), inventory management systems
3. Strong background in integrating Core Applications with third-party applications
4. Deep understanding of Application Life Cycle and Business Processes.
5. Experience in the retail or D2C industry.
6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
7. Strong project management and organizational abilities.
8. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage external vendors
