Job Description

We are seeking a talented Consultant, preferably with consulting experience from a top management and IT consulting firm. Your role will involve working collaboratively with a global team to deliver impactful insights, develop new capabilities and market opportunities for our clients across North America, EMEA, and Japan. Success in this position requires strong technology and business acumen, a proactive learning attitude, agility, problem-solving skills, consultative expertise, and a commitment to quality execution.

What you ll do:

Support and deliver consulting projects across industries by collaborating with clients to understand their mission critical priorities and provide tailored solutions.
Take the lead in collecting and transforming data, conducting thorough analyses, and crafting high-quality presentation decks. Communicate results effectively through hypothesis testing, storyboarding, and interactive data visualization techniques.
Develop and present comparative insights and strategic recommendations to business leaders, helping them optimize their organization and enhance their talent strategies.
Leverage basic knowledge of AI to identify opportunities for its application in client projects, enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of proposed solutions.
Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges, providing innovative and practical solutions.
Demonstrate a proactive learning attitude by staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually enhance your consulting expertise.
Work as part of a global team, ensuring seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing to deliver high-quality consulting services.

What you ll need:

Over 3 years of experience in digital consulting, ideally with Tier 1 consulting firms.
A minimum of a Bachelors degree is required.
Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to pivot quickly and thoughtfully in response to changing client needs.
Proven experience in delivering strategy engagements and making recommendations to clients, preferably in areas such as digital transformation, IT strategy, talent strategy, operating model, workforce planning, change management, and organization design.
Experience in supporting proposal writing to help secure new business opportunities.
Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both written and spoken, with the capability to articulate IT strategies and comprehend their alignment with business strategies.
Proficient in analyzing and visualizing large data sets using tools like Excel and Power BI.
