SAP SD/AFS Consultant - Implementation & Support (7-12 yrs)

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD AFS (Apparel and Footwear Solution) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP SD processes tailored to the apparel and footwear industry. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the effective use of SAP SD functionalities and AFS-specific capabilities to streamline business operations and achieve strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement and support SAP SD modules with a focus on AFS (Apparel and Footwear Solution) functionalities, including size grids, seasonality, and allocation processes.

- Configure and customize sales and distribution processes such as order-to-cash (OTC), pricing, billing, shipping, and logistics.

- Manage AFS-specific processes, including value-added services, pre-packs, and product hierarchies.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP SD AFS configurations and enhancements.

- Support integration with other SAP modules such as MM (Materials Management), FI/CO (Finance and Controlling), WM (Warehouse Management), and PP (Production Planning).

- Develop and execute test plans, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.

- Provide end-user training and create detailed documentation for processes and configurations.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SD AFS modules in a timely manner.

- Ensure compliance with organizational and industry-specific standards and best practices.

- Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and global rollouts of SAP SD AFS solutions.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in SAP SD with at least 2+ years in SAP AFS.

- Proven experience with order-to-cash and apparel/footwear-specific business processes.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in SAP SD configuration (pricing, sales orders, billing, shipping, etc.).

- Hands-on experience with AFS features such as grid value management, seasonal processing, and allocation runs.

- Knowledge of ABAP debugging for troubleshooting is a plus.

- Understanding of SAP integration points with MM, FI/CO, and WM.

Soft Skills :

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with business users and technical teams.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with S/4HANA Fashion Management Solution (FMS).

- Knowledge of industry best practices for the apparel and footwear domain.

- Familiarity with global deployment and localization of SAP SD AFS solutions.

- SAP certifications in SD or AFS modules are a plus.
