Key Responsibilities :
Implementation & Configuration : Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of Oracle EBS R12 Supply Chain Management modules such as Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, and Manufacturing.
Business Process Analysis : Work with business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and define business requirements. Design solutions using Oracle SCM best practices.
Testing & Quality Assurance : Develop test plans and perform system testing to ensure the solution meets business requirements and is stable in the production environment.
End-User Training : Provide end-user training, documentation, and support for Oracle SCM modules.
Data Migration & Integration : Coordinate data migration activities from legacy systems to Oracle EBS R12 and integrate with other enterprise systems as required.
Troubleshooting & Support : Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for Oracle SCM issues, ensuring timely resolution.
System Upgrades : Participate in Oracle EBS R12 upgrades and patches for SCM modules to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
Reporting & Documentation : Prepare detailed documentation, including functional and technical specifications, and provide status updates to project management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience : Minimum 4-6 years of experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite R12 in the Supply Chain Management domain.
Technical Skills :
- Strong experience with Oracle SCM modules such as Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP), and Manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and SQL for customizing and developing solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Workflow, BI Publisher, and Oracle Discoverer is a plus.
- Experience in integrating Oracle EBS with third-party systems and external databases.
Business Knowledge :
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes including procurement, inventory management, order fulfillment, demand planning, and manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of business requirements and ability to translate them into technical specifications.
Communication :
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Certifications : Oracle E-Business Suite R12 certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
Preferred Skills & Qualifications :
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud applications in Supply Chain Management is a plus.
- Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
- Strong experience with Oracle E-Business Suite implementation methodologies (AIM, OUM, etc.).
Experience in project management or leading small to medium-sized teams.
