Motion Graphics Designer (4-6 yrs)

Job Description :

Required Skills :

- 3D animation skills are must

- In-depth knowledge of motion design, video editing, typography, color, space, iconography, patterns, layouts, visual hierarchy and imagery

- Knowledge of tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.

- Experience in Graphic Design and Motion Graphics/Animation, Entrepreneurial Mindset

In this role, you have the opportunity to :

- Be in charge of the visual narrative of BharatPe.

- Align your efforts with writers, social media managers and the brand manager to deliver impact.

- Convey stories using graphics and use experience and judgment to develop great visuals and videos.

Responsibilities will include :

Functional Expertise :

- Conceptualize campaign creatives and videos based on requirements.

- Ensure all creatives and graphics are aligned with BharatPe brand guidelines.

- Test graphics across various media.

- Take a lead on breaking established path in terms of video capabilities and storytelling at BharatPe.

Interaction :

- Work with the brand team to produce final designs.

- Collaborate with internal team members: writers, social media managers and brand manager to deliver impact.

Problem Solving :

- Recommend innovative design ideas that break the mold.

- Adhere to brand guidelines in ways that still push creative boundaries.

- Work on improving brand recognition through attractive visuals.

Qualification & Experience (type & industry) :

- Relevant Education in Graphic Design and Motion Graphics/Animation.

- 4-6 years of relevant or equivalent industry experience.

Skills & know-how :

- In-depth knowledge of motion design, video editing, typography, color, space, iconography, patterns, layouts, visual hierarchy and imagery.

- Great portfolio showcasing the above-mentioned qualities.

- Working knowledge of tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.

- 3D animation skills are must.
