Technical Project Manager - Data Warehousing (8-12 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Project Leadership & Management : Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of Data Mart and Data Engineering projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.

- Scrum Master : Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.), help the team stay focused, and address any blockers that may hinder progress.

- Agile Methodology : Drive the implementation of Agile best practices, ensuring efficient project management processes and fostering a continuous improvement mindset within the team.

- Stakeholder Management : Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, translating business needs into clear technical requirements. Maintain clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

- Data Warehousing & Data Mart : Oversee the design and development of Data Warehousing and Data Mart solutions, ensuring that data structures meet performance, scalability, and business needs.

- Cloud Technologies : Leverage Azure technologies (such as Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake, and others) to implement data solutions. Ensure the deployment of solutions is optimized for cloud infrastructure and performance.

- Team Collaboration : Work closely with data engineers, data analysts, and other technical teams to ensure that project deliverables meet requirements and are completed on time and within budget.

- Risk Management : Proactively identify project risks and bottlenecks, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.

- Reporting & Documentation : Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timelines, risk logs, and progress reports. Provide regular project status updates to leadership and stakeholders.

- Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reductions, and technical optimization to enhance data operations and project efficiency.
