JOB TITLE: US Mortgage Voice Support Executive

SHIFT TIMINGs: Night Shift(7pm to 4am) with 2 days fixed week off

POSITION TYPE: Full-Time

LOCATION: Chennai

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Customer Assistance: Respond to inbound calls and emails from customers regarding mortgage inquiries, providing accurate information and guidance.
2. Application Support: Assist customers in completing mortgage applications, explaining necessary documentation, and ensuring all forms are correctly filled out.
3. Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns and issues promptly, working to find effective solutions and ensuring a positive customer experience.
4. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on mortgage products, services, and industry regulations to provide informed responses to customer inquiries.
5. Documentation Review: Help customers understand required documentation and assist with the collection and submission process.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with underwriting and processing teams to ensure timely handling of customer applications and requests.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in finance or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service or mortgage support is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and basic office applications.
