Job Description
In Consilio , the IT Data Management Administrator is a key member of the global technology team who uses their technical and communication skills to develop and support projects and processes relating to client data as it moves through the project lifecycle. The Data Management Team works with many entities within the organization to reduce the company s data footprint. The team also develops automation to ensure processes are repeatable, accurate and require less user resources. Responsibilities Qualifications
- Monitor and manage the Data Management ticketing system queue to ensure that tickets are being actioned in a timely manner.
- Action review platform deletion tasks from a variety of workflows.
- Action network data deletion tasks from a variety of workflows.
- Use analytical and problem-solving skills to develop solutions to problems as they are presented.
- Use SQL server queries to identify units of work to be completed.
- Prioritise tickets based on information from the project management team.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor s degree or higher in Computer Science or similar technical field.
Minimum Experience Requirements:
- 2 4 years of experience in an IT related field, e.g. helpdesk, support or general IT administration.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of the most current Microsoft Windows operating systems including the ability to navigate efficiently and perform administration tasks.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL server commands used to manipulate data and join tables Microsoft Office proficiency including strong skills in:
- Excel (Formulas, Conditional formatting, Pivot tables, etc)
- Word (Templates, Formatting, References, etc)
- Ability to complete tasks both independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to quickly switch focus based on changes in priority.
- Ability to quickly pick up concepts from training materials such as documents or videos.
Desirable Skills:
- A high-level understanding of the Electronic Discovery industry and EDRM.
- A high-level understanding of review platforms such as Relativity.
- A high-level understanding of processing platforms such as Nuix.
- Basic knowledge of PowerShell.
- Any relevant Certifications (specifically Microsoft).
