- Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with a proven track record in account management.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and client management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver under tight deadlines.
