Assistant Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis

Role & Responsibilities

• Prepare the monthly MIS / Cash Flows
• Prepare financial models for evaluating project level feasibility
• Prepare the data required for submission to banks / FIs on a monthly basis and coordinate
  with various internal stakeholders for the same
• Ensure compliance with all covenants as per the respective Facility Agreements
• Coordinate all paperwork etc. to ensure that the loan drawdown / disbursement happens on
  a timely basis
• Coordinate with external stakeholders (Chartered Accountants etc.) wherever required for
  certificates for submission with RERA / Banks / FIs

Job Specification

• 4-6 years of consulting/project management/Audit/Analytics experience. Some level of exposure to the real estate sector will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.
• CA degree is mandatory.
• The candidate should be well versed at financial modeling and should be able to prepare & run iterations / scenarios independently.
• Fluency with MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent interpersonal, communications, public speaking, and presentation skills.
