Assistant Manager - Financial Planning and Analysis

JOB PURPOSE

Support the finance department in managing the organization's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and accounting activities. This role will require a strong understanding of financial reporting, cost management, and financial analysis, with the ability to collaborate across departments to ensure accurate and timely financial management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Core Responsibilities

• Preparation of Monthly MIS and various MIS
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts
• Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing processes
• Tracking of Cashflow Management
• Tracking of Business KPIs
• Preparation of Channel wise MIS (Lab)
• Analyze financial performance and variances against budget and forecast
• Test Cost /Machine Productivity
• Inventory & Consumption analysis
• Finance Deck (Monthly)

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Accounting & Finance / MBA

Experience

3 to 5 Years relevant experience
