Job Description:

An exciting auto based startup backed by an industry leader is looking for a young, sharp and dynamic Program Manager who will work closely with the business on city expansion and strategy.

1. Researching new territories, evaluating site selection metrics, and demographic analysis to find the best places to set up new stores.

2. Preparing strategic expansion initiatives to deliver on the organization's growth vision, in co ordination with the leadership team.

3. Recruiting, training, and assigning targets to new team members.

4. Building strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors and landlords.

5. Evaluating site selection metrics, demographic analysis and research to ensure the best locations for setting up stores.

Qualification & Experience:

1. Minimum of 7 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably within program management or CEOs office or city expansion.

2. Proven track record of successful team management and business growth.
