Senior Data Transformation Lead - Financial Services Firm (15-22 yrs)

Our client is a new age financial services and technology company that provides consulting services to financial institutions

We are looking to hire a Senior Data Transformation Lead with strong understanding of Equites Derivatives and Cross Market Projects.

Key Job Responsibilities :

- Direct a large- scale, complex program with multiple internal stakeholders

- Partner with business sponsors and technology to ensure the successfully delivery of the program to the required and agreed timescales, budget and quality as defined by success metrics and criteria

- Develop and agree the strategy and approach for the overall program delivery

- Should have knowledge of capital market activities, financial products and financial terminologies

- Responsible for all program deliveries ensuring quality, that conforms to the required high standards, are reviewed and signed- off by all required stakeholders with no exceptions

- Evaluate trade- offs between program size and complexity, cost, urgency, risk, and stakeholder value.

- Should have in- depth understanding of equity derivative products, including Trade Booking, Pricing, Risk and Trade Life Cycle, Trade capture flows and middle office and back office flows

- Should have working knowledge of equities instruments and processes including pricing and valuations, product lifecycle, market structure and regulations

- Should be strong in system analysis and preparation of data mappings from upstream to downstream

Required Skills & Experience :

- Experience successfully delivering programs in the front office, proven project or program delivery experience in Equities including delivery of cross functional change projects

- Good working knowledge of equities instruments and processes including pricing and valuations, product lifecycle, market structure and regulations

- Should have prior experience of dealing with Front Office, Operations, Compliance, and/or Finance/Regulatory teams
