1.)Customer Cummunications from Order to Cash. ( O2C )

2.)Moderate Knowledge of Excel , SAP and CRM ( if not CRM nad SAP any other sales software tool )

3.) Moderate Knowledge of Export shipment process, Inco Terms and Export Payment Structures.

4.) Additional Knowledge of Shipping documents and Exports process in Appreciated Basic Knowledge of all the process in the an Manufacturing Industries.( purchase , planning , Quality, Logistics)
