Service Coordinator :

Ability to take customer complaints and use any CRM package

Communicate to customer and update on complaint status

Proficiency in MS office

Ability to speak to all service team and find work status

Closely monitor the customer queries

Preferred candidate profile

B tech Mech /Elec , with min 3 to6 years of experience in managing back end operations of Service department like complaint management , CRM , billing coordiantion with accounts
