Sales Coordinator (Engineering Division)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating the relevant information.
• Creating Sales Quotation on the basis of details furnished by on Sales Staff.
• Responsible for handling the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate efficiently with the customers and Factory for pre and post-dispatch formalities.
• Monitoring and organizing inventories and effectively tracking new services and products for sale.
• Responsible for informative coordination with the senior management by completing orders and keeping customers informed of delays and delivery dates.
• Should accurately maintain a check on payment-receipt, credit-limits & outstanding amounts of the customers.
• Responsible for resolving customer complaints & grievances.
• Ensuring that the payment terms are adhered to as per credit policy.
• Responsible for preparing & reviewing the MIS on regular basis and submitting the analysis reports as required.
• Preparing of Export Invoice and Packing list based on the packing details received from the factory (For Export Sales).
• Responsible for preparing all the shipping related documents as mentioned in the LC.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Candidate Qualification: BE - Mechanical or Diploma in Mechanical Engineer .
• Should possess good experience in Sales & Service Coordination preferably with an Engineering Company.
• Good in communication (Verbal and Written).
• Should have knowledge of Computer Operations (MS-Office).
