Overall, 8-12 years of working experience in development and/or testing streams. Working experience of 5-6 years as scrum master.
Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Certified scrum masters would be preferred. Experience working with multiple teams is preferred.
Scrum Master is responsible to enable and coach teams to achieve committed goals and to constantly improve performance of the teams. Diligently performs the Scrum ceremonies & its respective needs namely Release planning, Backlog grooming, Sprint planning, stand-up meetings, facilitate prioritization, Sprint review & Retrospectives. Possess effective conflict resolution skills. Ability to channelize the communication within the team and external interfaces as necessary. Ability to understand the team s project impediments, track and remove them. Needs to be an expert coach to guide the team in estimation and planning. Should be able to drive useful, reliable and practical plans for projects. Should be a good coach in Agile practices. She/he can coach individuals and interactions over processes and tools. Help team or individual to clarify goals and actions to achieve them. Knowledge of tools like Azure Devops etc. Should be able to coach or train team on the tools as necessary. Helps product owner to refine the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint.

We expect you to have,
8 to 10 years of relevant experience in the Agile development and at least 3 to 5 years as Scrum master role. Thorough understanding of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Experience on LeSS is added advantage. Proven experience in software development and able to mentor teams. Can facilitate large group discussions and events. Outstanding awareness, observational skills over conversations, environment, and situation. Build the team so they enjoy and deliver. Ensure Scrum events are productive and fun. Enforcer of Scrum Values and Practices Capture, Report and Improve the team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Help your team improve their engineering practices. Collaborate with all stakeholders to pragmatically move the organization forward without losing the goal of perfection. Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and coaches to share knowledge and promote Agile practices.
