Roles & Responsibilities :
- Team building, positive habit inculcation, and setting an example for the whole team by their personal conduct and performance.
- Meet the doctors and execute effective product demonstrations, emphasizing product features and utility.
- It sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with doctors.
- Keeping records of sales and customers and reporting information back to the head office about customer needs.
- Build a robust pipeline of leads (doctors) via various sources.
- Use your product knowledge and sales skills to show doctors how Healthray can transform their practice.
- Convince the doctors to use our product.
- Visit doctors, train them and handhold them until they are comfortable using the product.
- Give a detailed demo of all the features.
- Setup the infrastructure for the doctor (Hardware + Software).
- Train the doctors to use our product and provide them with support whenever needed.
- Generate goodwill with the doctor and get more referrals.
Must-Have :
- Strong verbal and communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Meet people and has excellent presentation skills.
- A strong execution and problem-solving bent of mind.
- Ability to take initiative.
