Qualifications:

- Amazing Customer Satisfaction and Communication skills

- Account Management, Sales, and Consulting skills

- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities

- Experience in client relationship management

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Bachelor's degree is a must.

- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in a customer-facing role (customer success or account management).
