We have an opportunity for the HR Head
We are with a mid-size Financial services organization, specializing in Investment banking, and wealth management.
- Act as a consultant to managers on HR-related issues, guiding employee relations, performance management, and organizational changes.
- Work closely with various departments to improve employee engagement and maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Use data-driven insights to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent to the organization.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating job offers.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Coordinate performance management processes, ensuring regular feedback and effective goal-setting for employees.
- Work with leadership to identify high-potential employees and create succession plans for key positions.
- Monitor and analyze talent metrics to ensure the organization is developing and retaining top talent.
- Oversee the day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of HR transactions, such as employee onboarding, offboarding, and record-keeping.
- Implement HR policies and ensure they are consistently applied across the organization.
- Lead HR technology implementations and improvements, such as HR information systems and self-service platforms.
- It requires someone who can act as a strategic partner to business leaders while also ensuring the smooth running of HR operations.
- Success in this role will depend on strong communication skills, a deep understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to build effective relationships across the organization.
Experience: 10 to 12 years+.
Location: Noida Sector 16 (We work Berger Tower).
On-site (work from office only).
Budget: it's open (not fixed for the right candidate).
This individual contributor role reports to one of the Senior Partners.
The company works from Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm) and on alternate Saturdays (9 to 3:30 pm).
