Conference Executive

ZMZ is looking for Conference Executive to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Event Planning:

• Develop and execute comprehensive plans for conferences, including budgeting, logistics, and timelines.
  Collaborate with stakeholders to define conference objectives, themes, and target audiences.

Venue Selection and Management:

• Identify and secure suitable venues for conferences, negotiating contracts and managing relationships with venue staff.
  Coordinate logistical aspects, including room setup, audiovisual requirements, and catering services.

Program Development:

• Work with content experts and speakers to develop conference agendas and program schedules.
  Ensure a diverse and engaging range of topics and sessions that align with the conference theme.

Registration and Attendee Services:

• Oversee the registration process, including the setup of online registration systems.
  Provide excellent customer service to attendees, addressing inquiries and facilitating a smooth registration experience.

Marketing and Promotion:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote conferences and attract attendees.
  Utilize various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and partnerships, to maximize event visibility.

Sponsorship and Exhibitor Management:

• Secure sponsors and exhibitors for conferences, managing relationships and ensuring deliverables are met.
  Coordinate exhibition spaces and promotional opportunities for sponsors.

On-Site Management:

• Oversee on-site event logistics, including registration, signage, and coordination of speakers and sessions.
  Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during the event.

Post-Event Evaluation:

• Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of conferences and gather feedback for improvement.
  Prepare reports summarizing key metrics, attendee feedback, and areas for enhancement.
