- Maintained best performance as an associate.
- Experience/exposure to work for International clients.
- Good comm and interpersonal skills, Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Creating Report, dashboard, manage bottom quartile team members and, Email writing.
- Aware on feedback mechanism and performance improvements.
- Provide inputs on process improvement and opportunities.
- Ready to work as back up for Team Leader
.
