Role & responsibilities

• Act as SME and as well as the point of contact for issue resolution on floor for participants.
• Maintain positive and proactive communications in delivery of assigned benefit plan for employees.
• Ensure compliance to all federal and state laws, and client specific requirements.
• Assist with routine and periodic benefit plan audits.
• Research and recommend plan changes as needed.
• Resolve queries using Root Cause Analysis / Quick Solver techniques
• Participates in identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent communication written/verbal skills.

Non Technical fresher's are eligible.
