Digital Marketing Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across various online channels. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for digital marketing, a strategic mindset, and a strong focus on achieving measurable results.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in creating, optimizing, and analyzing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our online presence is impactful, effective, and aligned with our overall business objectives.

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Strategy & Execution:
• Develop, implement, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (including PPC, SEO, email, social media, and content marketing).
• Optimize digital ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure KPIs are met and ROI is maximized.
• Conduct A/B testing and other optimization strategies to improve campaign results.
• Content Creation & Management:
• Collaborate with the content team to create compelling, on-brand digital content (e.g., blogs, social posts, email newsletters, videos).
• Oversee website content updates, SEO optimizations, and digital asset creation.
• Manage content calendars to ensure timely and consistent messaging across all digital platforms.
• SEO & Website Optimization:
• Conduct keyword research and optimize on-page and off-page SEO to increase organic traffic.
• Perform regular website audits, analyze user behavior, and suggest improvements for user experience and conversion rate optimization.
• Social Media & Community Engagement:
• Develop and execute social media strategies to grow brand presence and engage with target audiences across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Monitor and engage with online communities, including responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner.
• Analyze social media performance and generate reports on trends, follower growth, and engagement.
• Email Marketing:
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and automation.
• Analyze email campaign performance and optimize for better open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Reporting:
• Provide regular reports on key metrics, trends, and areas of improvement.
• Collaboration & Cross-functional Support:
• Work closely with the sales, design, and product teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals and product offerings.
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to optimize strategies.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successfully managing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media platforms, email marketing, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
• Familiarity with CMS (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
• Proficient in creating and managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
• Ability to multitask, manage projects, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
