1. Product Development:

Design Coordination: Collaborate with designers to ensure the footwear meets client specifications and market trends.

Sample Approval: Manage the development and approval process for prototypes and samples.

2. Production Planning:

Order Management: Handle the end-to-end order process, from receiving client orders to final delivery.

Capacity Planning: Ensure the production facility has the capacity to meet client demands without compromising quality or timelines.

3. Quality Control:

Standards Compliance: Ensure all products meet the required quality standards and specifications set by the clients.

Inspection Processes: Oversee regular inspections and quality checks at various stages of production.

4. Vendor Management:

Negotiation: Negotiate terms, prices, and timelines with vendors to optimize costs and ensure timely delivery.

5. Logistics and Supply Chain Management:

Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.

Shipping Coordination: Ensure timely and cost-effective shipping solutions for finished products.

6. Client Relationship Management:

Communication: Maintain regular communication with LFR clients to update them on production status, resolve issues, and gather feedback.

Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering quality products on time and handling any complaints or issues efficiently.
