Min - 3-5 years in SF Testing
Service/Experience Cloud testing
Familiarity with Case Management, Qtest tool and Customization testing
Create Test Plans/Test cases for new and existing features with detailed approach of testing, scheduling, and test exit criteria
Ensure User Story Acceptance Criteria is tested to meet the highest software quality within schedule timelines
Should be flexible and adaptable to complex situations. Maintain overlapping hours with US work hours to collaborate with client
Hands on experience in automating Salesforce or COTS applications using Tricentis TOSCA (min 2years)
Nice to have:
- Administrator/Sales Cloud/Service Cloud certified, Prior experience in TOSCA framework creation and DEX, Prior handling of globally located teams
