Job Description
- Design, develop, and execute manual functional and non-functional test cases based on business and technical requirements.
- Perform end-to-end functional testing to ensure system functionalities align with specifications.
- Conduct Non-Functional Testing (NFR) , including performance, reliability, scalability, usability, and security testing.
- Utilize Azure DevOps for test case management, defect tracking, and test execution.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product managers to ensure software quality.
- Identify, document, and report defects, ensuring proper defect lifecycle management.
- Participate in test planning, test strategy, and risk assessment discussions.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist stakeholders in validating business requirements.
- Continuously enhance test processes and identify automation opportunities where feasible.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in manual functional testing across web, mobile, and enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of Non-Functional Testing (NFR) such as performance, security, scalability, and usability testing.
- Proficiency in using Azure DevOps for test case management, defect tracking, and reporting.
- Experience in preparing test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on business and technical specifications.
- Solid knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) .
- Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with API testing using tools like Postman or SoapUI .
- Basic knowledge of test automation tools such as Selenium or JMeter.
- Familiarity with Cloud Testing on Azure.
- Experience in SQL queries for backend data validation.
