Job Description

Role and Key Responsibilities:

• Manage New Hire training end to end.

• Bridge gaps in product, process, language, comprehension and cultural aspects of all LoBs.

• Represent Concentrix on client calls and calibrations.

• Work closely with Ops and Quality team design action plans to plug areas of opportunity.

• Responsible as per defined monthly/quarterly/yearly Training scorecards and PLA (Performance level agreement)

• Responsible for managing retention during training.

• Manage/create process SOPs and training refreshers.

• Drive C-Sat E-sat initiatives to add value to the Process and customer.

• Manage training MIS for classes and other related training work.

• Should be able to contribute to process improvements and innovation in the training function.

• Shall be responsible for all risk management compliance activities as applicable to this role.

Key skills and knowledge:

• Should have graduate.

• Must have excellent presentation and communication skills.

• Should be able to drive key performance metrics related to training.

• Must be flexible to work in a 24X7 environment.

• Proficient with MS Office

• Should have basic knowledge of process mapping.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.

• Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals.

• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc.)

Educational qualification: Graduate
