Role and Key Responsibilities:

• Proofread/Review the content of the delivered task from Web Builder and ensure the quality of the task meets the business request and follow web design standards and guidelines.
• If the task quality is not satisfactory, QA is required to document the reason and feedback in tool for WB/WPL/Manager s reference and share detailed one-one feedback with employee and document the same.
• Ensure task reviews are delivered on schedule and know how to prioritize.
• Record the assessment result in QA online system.
• Keep one self updated on latest knowledge.
• Responsible to deliver quality with Zero errors.
• Follow the end-to-end instructions shared by Client.

Key Skills and knowledge:

• Good oral and written communication skills
• Min 2 year Experience is required, Web page knowledge, HTML, CSS, Testing, Web designing, Photoshop, CMS (Content Management System
• Problem Solving / Decision Making (ability to make decisions / troubleshooting skills & approach)
• Execution (Quality, speed of execution and commitment to deadlines)
• Teamwork (Effectiveness of individual in a team play environment)
• Communications skills (Ability to express ideas and views clearly in the desired business language)
• Sensitive and high attention to detail; keen to deliver high value task quality for clients.
• Expertise on Web Development (HTML, CSS, Java script (Basic), Photoshop, etc)
• Rich Experience in web page designing as a WB (Expertise in Web CMS, Template etc. Image retouching & fix font via Photoshop on demand)
• Good command of using excel/word to conduct QA related reports.
• Expertise in Web Design Standard
• Knowledge of handling tasks through tool

Educational qualification : Graduate
