Job Description
- Develop and execute activities related to end-to-end project management, including project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation, deployment and risk management.
- Good exposure to Java, Mongo DB, Spring Boot, release management and AWS would be desirable.
- Exposure to SQL server, Linux/UNIX, My SQL, Nagios, App Dynamics, Elastic Search, etc. will be an added advantage.
- Proactively monitor, manage and report the progress on execution of deliverables.
- Project Management- Experience in handling cross-functional teams
- Delivered projects using Agile development methodology
- Ability to conduct code reviews and ensure quality compliance
- Digital Experience in execution of large scale digital engagements
- Experience in Telco BSS Domain is desirable
- Strong communication, client management and stake holder management skills
- Collaborate between external & internal stakeholders
- Close monitoring of project progress
- Provide guidance to the team if the team faces any technical issues
- Technically sound
- Having an experience working in international teams with varied cultures
- Be watchful for opportunities for securing additional business
- Flexible and committed to work. No 9-5 mentality and prepared to go for the extra mile when needed
