Key skills for the job
The Business Development Manager will be working on the following responsibilities:
Execute Platform BSS strategy within their region
Key to this role is your ability to identify opportunities in BSS/OSS domain where TechM platform
solutions can be pitched in
Formulate on the Platform/Product BSS Strategy with the Platform heads & Regional Business Heads
Enable on a license/professional service revenue recognition model
Working on Analysing client requirement
Delivering Platform/Product pitch, platform demos to customer team
Need to work along with Platform/Product Managers to enable and envisage new platform
capabilities thereby enabling new revenue streams
Need to establish relationship with alliance partner in each geos to enable Alliance led sale of
Platform/Product
Reviewing the Platform marketing & training collaterals
Respond to RFP/RFIâs across the dedicated region
Working on proactive proposals and customer engagements
Required Qualifications
5-7 Years of experience in the industry, with minimum 4 years of experience in the Digital BSS/OSS
Industry
Should be able to work closely with the client partner & will be part of platform demonstrations to customer
Should be able to engage with business organizations within a telco
Should have a good understanding of the BSS Domain, including understanding of the capabilities
of key BSS vendors
Proven ability of customer engagement in Tier-1 and Tier-2 telecom operators
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience of working in product companies, delivering product presentations
Been part of BSS /OSS implementations or transformation projects
Experience of working in BSS product companies or SI companies with knowledge of handling
different BSS/OSS vendors
Should be self-driven and have a proactive approach
