Job Title: Facility Executive/ Assistant Facility Manager (Soft Services) (Female candidate only)
Job Location: Mumbai (Malad)
Qualification: Any Graduate
CTC Offering: 35-36k take home
Job Responsibilities:
- Housekepping services, material inventory, order, PO, GRN in SAP
- client visit preparation : board room, meeting room booking, rangoli, Diya arrangements, food, snacks arrangements, facility round,
- stationery arrangement
- overlook of pantry services
- pest control services, PO GRN
- facility round, day to day work.. Meeting room bookings.
- admin duty officer shift as per roster.
