Job Description
Role & responsibilities
1. Listing of Jobs that to be done and raise the suitable work permits.
2. Ensuring proper PPE during activity with all safety harness.
3. Inspection of LOTO activity and giving clearances to start the job.
4. Ensuring of all safety items at designated premises like extinguishers, guards ets.
5. Inspection of team PPEs on regular intervals and maintaining the PPE record.
6. Identifying unsafe conditions/ acts and bringing up to management.
7. Operational Hazards has to take up to the client as per necessary/criticality bases.
8. Bringing awareness to team about EHS by providing training.
9. Performing Risk assessment in the site and Gemba walk.
10. Sharing of monthly safety report and ensuring and Safety noncompliance.
