Job Description

Responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of facilities, vendor management, meeting arrangements, and food & beverage services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to ensuring exceptional service delivery.


Role & responsibilities


Facilities Management:

  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the facility to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff and external vendors for repairs and improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Vendor Management:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure the best terms and pricing.
  • Monitor vendor performance and address any issues or discrepancies.

Meeting Arrangements:

  • Plan and organize meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage meeting room bookings, setup, and audiovisual requirements.

Food & Beverage Services:

  • Oversee the provision of food and beverage services for events and daily operations.
  • Ensure high standards of quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and budget for F&B services.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Handle administrative duties such as scheduling, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
  • Provide support to other departments as needed.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, clients, and colleagues, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.


Event Coordination: Coordinate events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics, catering, and audiovisual requirements.


Hospitality Services: Oversee the provision of hospitality services, including food and beverage, accommodations, and transportation.


Communication: Liaise with clients, guests, and colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination.


Problem-Solving: Resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.


Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and exceptional guest experience.


Preferred candidate profile


  • Proven experience in facilities management, vendor management, meeting arrangements, and F&B services.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
