Safety Compliance: Ensuring that the workplace adheres to local, national, and international safety regulations and standards. This includes staying up-to-date with changes in safety laws.
Risk Assessment: Conducting risk assessments and hazard identification to determine potential workplace dangers and taking measures to mitigate them.
Safety Training: Developing and delivering safety training programs for employees to ensure they are aware of safety procedures and practices.
Incident Investigations: Investigating accidents, near misses, and safety-related incidents, and providing recommendations to prevent their recurrence.
Emergency Response Planning: Developing and maintaining emergency response plans for incidents such as fires, chemical spills, natural disasters, and medical emergencies.
Safety Inspections: Conducting regular workplace inspections to identify and address potential safety hazards and violations of safety procedures.
Environmental Compliance: Ensuring that the workplace follows environmental regulations, addresses environmental concerns, and minimizes its environmental impact.
Safety Policies and Procedures: Developing and maintaining safety policies and procedures, as well as providing guidance on their implementation.
