Job Description
- Comply half yearly NBFC Compliances like preparing and filing of various returns on RBI Cosmos portal and XBRL Portal
- RBI, SEBI, Companies Act and LLP Compliances
- To make payment of TDS and preparing TDS Quarterly returns.
- Preparation of Notices, Minutes, Registers
- ROC Filing, Procedures of Allotment and transfers of securities, distribution of dividends etc
- Drafting and vetting of Agreements.
- Co-Ordinating with bankers, Registrar and Transfer Agent and other intermediateries
- Should be well versed in Microsoft Outlook (emailing), MS Office etc.
- Good Communication Skills English Spoken and Written.
