BCom/BBA/MCOM/MBA Finance Freshers

Reporting to Senior Associate:

Looking for an entry level commerce job in a fast growing Startup! We have one for you! We are looking for B.Com/M.Com/MBA/BBA fresher to lead the Associate function in the Head Office by ensuring timely and efficient delivery of professional services under the control of Senior Associates as per the defined policies, processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. To do Business Registrations such as Sole Proprietorship, Partnership Firm, Private Limited Company, OPC Company, LLP, Section 8 Company, Society, Trust and other types of Companies.

2. To get business support licenses such as GST, MSME, Trademark, Copy Rights, Patents, FSSAI, IEC, Professional Tax, Drug License, RERA, Shops & Establishments, Labour Licenses, Trade License, Startup India, GEM, Insurance Marketing Firm and FCRA etc.

3. To assist Manager to prepare the financial statements such as Profit and Loss Account, Balance Sheet, Annual Reports of Proprietorship, Partnership Firm, LLP and Company.

4. To file returns such as GST Returns, TDS Returns, Professional Tax Returns, Income Tax Returns, MCA Returns, PF Returns, ESI Returns etc.

5. To report overall status of the above works on timely basis to the management.

Requirements and Skills:

1. Should be a BCom/MCom/BBA/MBA/ fresher or one-year experience in the similar role.

2. Should be fluent in English, Hindi Communication. Other regional languages preferred.

3. Computer literate particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Microsoft PowerPoint.

4. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail, willingness to develop & learn new skills.
