Senior Executive Denials Management

Role & responsibilities

• Identify & analyze denials from EOBs & ERAs
• Correct & resubmit denied claims per payer guidelines
• Communicate with payers to resolve issues and recover payments
• Track denial trends & collaborate with RCM teams to prevent future denials
• Manage multi-specialty denials, including medical coding, authorization issues, and more

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-3 years of experience in denials management, healthcare billing, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of billing processes, payer requirements, and CARC/RARC codes
• Detail-oriented problem solver with excellent analytical skills
• Effective communicator & negotiator both written and verbal
• Proficient in healthcare billing software & Microsoft Office Suite
