Job Description

The role would require an MDP to understand and assess SOAP notes and the sections of the notes to be uploaded into the EHR maintaining correct formatting and accuracy. This role and its tasks are time-sensitive and must be completed within the SLA in a compliance-approved environment.

Responsibilities:

Upload AI-generated SOAP notes from SCP to electronic health record systems accurately maintaining the SLA
Be vigilant about the patients schedule and observe any changes
Maintain 100% accuracy for uploading the note sections
Escalating any issues related to the notes promptly to the stakeholders
Work on improving efficiency by proper utilization of the existing tools
Maintaining punctuality in regard to reporting to the office/team on time daily, maintaining SLA, and ensuring all the targets are met
Attending team meetings regularly and actively participating

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate who epitomizes the following soft skills/attributes: strong attention to detail, cognitive functionality, dynamic and proactive mindset, ability to rationalize critical issues to key stakeholders, and collaborative and team player mindset.
Bachelors or Master s Degree from any discipline.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Strong attention to detail and functionality (Accuracy, typing, keyboard shortcuts).
Strong command over comprehensive reading, writing, and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to haves:

Strong computer navigation skills (web browsing, operating remote desktop applications).
Good knowledge of compliance, different types of data management systems, and medical record keeping.
