Commure - Business Lead/Senior Operations Manager - Analytics (3-6 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

As a Business Lead, you will play a vital role in enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring cost-effective business processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Driving operational efficiency by implementing data-driven strategies to improve workflow, reduce costs, and optimize revenue cycle processes.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to eliminate inefficiencies and enhance performance.

- Utilizing data analysis tools (SQL is a plus!) to generate insights, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and drive decision-making.

- Identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement to enhance cost-effectiveness and productivity.

- Leading and mentoring teams to achieve performance goals while maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications & Skills: We are looking for a candidate with a combination of operational expertise, analytical skills, and leadership abilities.

You should have:

- 3-6 years of experience in management, preferably in RCM or insurance-related operations.

- A strong understanding of cost reduction strategies, financial workflows, and operational efficiencies.

- Tech-savviness, with experience in data analytics and automation tools (SQL is optional but preferred).

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on driving measurable improvements.

- Leadership and team management experience, with the ability to guide and motivate teams effectively.

- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities efficiently.

- Flexibility to work night and day shifts as per business requirements.
