As a part of Communication Crafts, Creative Director will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day tasks associated with creative direction, creative strategy, branding, art direction, and graphic design. The Creative Director will lead and inspire a team of creatives to deliver outstanding design solutions and ensure the highest quality standards.
Creative Vision and Strategy
Develop and drive the creative vision aligned with client goals and business strategies, ensuring that all creative work meets brand and campaign objectives.
Campaign Conceptualization
Direct the development of innovative campaign concepts across various platforms (digital, social, print, etc.) that resonate with target audiences and support client marketing objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with strategy, content, and performance marketing teams to ensure creative concepts are grounded in market insights, target audience behaviours, and measurable performance goals.
Client Presentations and Pitching
Lead the creative presentation for new business pitches and client meetings, clearly communicating the creative rationale, approach, and expected outcomes.
Team Leadership and Development
Manage and mentor the creative team, fostering an environment of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement, while ensuring timely delivery of all creative work.
Creative Quality Control
Ensure that all creative output is of the highest standard, maintaining consistency with the client s brand guidelines and messaging while meeting or exceeding agency standards.
Trend Analysis and Innovation
Stay ahead of industry trends in design, branding, and digital marketing to incorporate innovative creative solutions into client work, keeping the agency s creative offering fresh and forward-thinking.
Budget and Resource Management
Oversee creative budgets, managing resources effectively to deliver on time and within budget, while maintaining a balance between creative ambition and financial efficiency.
