Job Description
Profile/Designation - Sr Business Development Executive/ Consultant
Preference - Females
Handling Inbound Inquiries - Market research, Cold Calling, presenting CC , collecting requirements, mature the lead for closures
- Market Research
- Cold Calling
- Requirement Gathering
- In-person meetings with the clients and drafting MOMs
- Understanding client requirements related to project
- Logging all activities in CRM
- Taking regular follow ups via emails/calls/ messages
- Email Drafting
- Ownership and Teamwork
- Overall role will be target oriented sales
(Currently there will be no discussion on incentives or targets, it will be discussed post joining)
Cheque and 1 Year bond compulsory
2 years commitment
Non negotiables -
- Not looking for excellent but need at least good communication in terms of Language (Language - English, Hindi/Gujarati) since the candidate is going to speak to the Director/HOD level person
- Flexible - he will be trained for the entire process hence should have good attitude to be able to adapt new processes, has to be patient enough to learn
- Presentable (Personality) since he is going to make F2F meetings, Confident enough to face the clients questions over the call
