Urgent ServiceNow Developer Needed | Parseq Asia

Relevant Experience: Minimum 3.5 years as Service Developer

Role & responsibilities :

• Work closely with the Technical Architect to design, build, test, and document solutions on the ServiceNow Platform
• Configure and develop solutions across modules like ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HR, ITBM, Service Portal, Mobile, Integration Hub
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously and provide Level 3 production support
• Develop workflows, flow designers, business rules, and script includes
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and provide guidance to junior team members

Preferred candidate profile :

• 3.5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, SPM.)
• Strong development skills in ServiceNow, including module configuration
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) & ITIL v4 Foundation
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently on projects
• Willingness to travel and work on client sites as needed
