Roles & Responsibilities:-

  1. Leadership & Team Management:
    • Lead, mentor, and manage the talent acquisition team to achieve recruitment goals and performance targets.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team effectiveness and professional growth.
    • Provide guidance and support to recruiters throughout the hiring process.
  2. Recruitment Strategy & Planning:
    • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand the companys hiring needs and workforce planning.
    • Develop and execute proactive recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various roles and departments.
    • Monitor and assess recruitment metrics to ensure the continuous improvement of hiring processes.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and talent market shifts to develop innovative recruiting approaches.
  3. End-to-End Recruitment Process:
    • Oversee the recruitment process from job requisition, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination to offer negotiations and onboarding.
    • Ensure a smooth candidate experience by maintaining clear communication throughout the process.
    • Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract high-quality candidates.
  4. Employer Branding:
    • Develop and promote the organization’s employer brand to ensure it is attractive to top talent.
    • Work with marketing and communications teams to create and implement recruitment campaigns that align with the company’s values and culture.
    • Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to enhance the organization’s visibility.
  5. Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to ensure a collaborative recruitment process.
    • Provide regular updates to leadership on recruitment progress, challenges, and insights.
    • Advise hiring managers on best practices in interviewing, candidate selection, and hiring decisions.
  6. Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate source effectiveness) to drive data-driven decisions.
    • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on the effectiveness of recruiting efforts.
    • Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate quality.
  7. Compliance & Best Practices:
    • Ensure all recruitment practices comply with applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
    • Stay current with industry best practices, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and other emerging trends.
  8. Diversity & Inclusion:
    • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruitment process.
    • Implement strategies to attract diverse candidates and promote an inclusive workplace culture.
