Administration Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations, including Documentation, employee relations, benefits administration, and Reception.
  
• Process new hire paperwork, conduct orientation sessions, and ensure timely onboarding of new employees.
  
• Maintain accurate records of employee data using computerized systems such as Excel or specialized software.
  
• Provide administrative support to senior management by preparing reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
